Each project is managed on a day to day basis by a General Foreman with Extensive experience in upmarket Luxury Home building. Wet trades are managed by a concrete foremen and Finishes by a finishing Foremen both reporting to the contracts manager. The core responsibilities of a General Foreman on site are managing production, quality and managing of subcontractor during wet trades and finishes phases.

Over and above a contracts manager manages project plans, cost management and resource management across all projects. The directors are actively involved in overseeing the construction phase of all projects at strategic level ensuring the smooth running of projects at operational level. All our management staff are proficient in the following project management software applications:

• MS Excel,
• MS Projects
• and CCS

In order to ensure structural integrity of building our site managers work under the periodic supervision of resident engineers responsible for designing all load bearing elements consisting of steel and concrete.
